I had back surgery several years ago, now I often have back pain when I walk. The recover capsile taken before a walk doesnt eliminate the pain, it just seems tommake it easy to ignore, so it isnt such a drawback. I wish it were not so expensive, and yet it is totally worht it.
Absolutely cannot live without the rest Capsules. Can tell the difference in a night of sleep with and without them.
